How do projects, payments, and delivery work?
Ntropy Space SRL develops software and games, including its own digital products and development services for clients. This website introduces our company; purchases are not made directly on this page.
For client projects, the scope, price, currency, payment schedule, and delivery milestones are agreed in writing before work begins. Work is delivered electronically as agreed with the client. For our own software and games, pricing, access or download instructions, and any subscription terms are provided on the relevant product page or at checkout before payment.
What about refunds, cancellations, or support?
To request a cancellation or refund, or to report a payment or delivery issue, email [email protected] with your order or project reference and a description of the issue.
For client projects, cancellation and refund requests are assessed according to the written project agreement and the work already completed. For our software and games, the applicable refund and cancellation terms are provided before purchase. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How do you handle my personal information?
This page does not use analytics or advertising cookies and has no contact or payment form. Our hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website.

We retain this information for as long as needed for those purposes and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
